Tour the Robert C. Williams Museum of Papermaking to discover how papermaking has changed over time. Explore everything from papyrus to molds and deckles.
The Paperworks Tour & Hands-on Workshop is a 90-minute program:
- The Paperworks tour last 45 minutes and covers the history of paper from the earliest examples of writing materials, like the Chinese discovery of how to make paper to the paper mills of Europe.
- For the remaining 45 minutes, participants will make their own piece of paper to take home in an exciting hands-on workshop.
Please note, the main location of this event is the Georgia Institute of Technology; this program will be held in the museum galleries & classroom.

Parking permits will be provided for attendees. Upon arrival, drivers should pull into the front loop of the building and pick up parking permits from the reception desk. After parking, head inside to the museum gallery.
