This will be our morning setup, Parent on Duty and Welcome Table team.

This teamwork slot will consist of 3 people that will rotate between: Setup, Welcome Table, Parent on Duty
This shift is 9:15 am - 12:15pm
Setup
Moving tables and chairs as needed for the appropriate setup in rooms
Hang up class signs
Take supplies to designated rooms
Setup the Welcome Table with CEP sign in sheet, TLCC attendance sheet, and name tags
Turn on lights in Sanctuary and all rooms
TV monitor is ready for announcements
Welcome Table
Greet TLCC families and hand out name tags (Red lanyards = teenagers, Black lanyards for everyone else)
Greet CEP's and ensure they are signing in
Have the "Flow of the day" sheet on table for view
Make note of any missing or broken name tags
Parent on Duty
Monitor the halls and ensure students are where they are supposed to be
Cover for a CEP or Parent Teacher if they need to step out of the room
Make sure you have a walkie talkie from the Welcome Table
