Spring Team B

The team will coordinate lunch cleanup, recess duty and the end of the day facility and breakdown.

This shift is 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Lunch monitor

• Floors are swept

• Tables are wiped off (bin by the Welcome Table)

• Chairs are put on tables (if no classes being held) and tables are wiped

Recess monitor

• Actively monitoring children outside playing in the designated areas: basketball court on the side of building, front field, upper and side fields

• Collect all balls and return them to the ball bin

• Discard trash left outside

• Bring in any jackets, water bottles or other items to the Welcome Table

Parent on Duty

• Collect name tags from classes and return to name badge bin at the Welcome Table

• Ensure students are in class or designated areas

• Step in for a CEP or parent teacher as needed (taking a call, restroom etc.)

Facility/breakdown -

• Collect classroom signs and place them in the TLCC binder

• Empty classroom trash cans and take them to the large bins in the fellowship hall

• Empty kitchen and large trash cans to the outside dumpster (key to dumpster is in the kitchen by the back door) replace bags from the cleaning closet in the fellowship hall

• Wipe down white boards and tables as needed in the classrooms
