Please note the following requirements for all Community Education Partners (CEPs), including assistants and substitutes:

  • A current background check is required for all CEPs and their support staff. You must either complete a new background check or submit a report that is no more than 12 months old.

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you are responsible for:

    1. Providing a detailed lesson plan for that day, and

    2. Arranging for a qualified substitute or contacting the TLCC team in advance to request coverage.

Throughout the year, we offer exclusive professional development opportunities through in-person sessions, virtual workshops, and resource materials. Schedule Security Deposit

DO NOT PAY THE SCHEDULED SECURITY DEPOSIT IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN INITIAL TEACHING OFFER EMAIL.

All TLCC vendor-partners are required to remit a $50 schedule security deposit prior to said class being added to the registration schedule. This fee will be refunded on the vendor's first payment, minus your class admin fee. Please click the "Pay Schedule Deposit" button below to remit payment.
