Pilates- Session #1

Join us for some morning movement featuring Pilates with Jefflyn! Jefflyn was our instructor for the Pilates demo during our Collective Community Resource Fair. She is committed to service in the community and giving people a chance to be exposed to Pilates and the benefits it can offer.

What you need to know:

*She will have a waiver for you to sign for participation

*Bring a mat +water

*Have fun!

*This will take place in the Fellowship Hall
